Today marks an incredible milestone for both the gaming community and our team at Musai – Borderlands 4 launches worldwide, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have been part of bringing this mayhem-fueled masterpiece to Korean players in their native language!

For the past two years, our talented team at Musai has been working tirelessly behind the scenes on something we couldn’t share with anyone – until now. Under strict NDA, we’ve been pouring our hearts and expertise into every line of dialogue, every joke, every emotional moment, and every explosive one-liner that makes Borderlands what it is. Today, as we stand on the day of launch, we can finally shout from our Studio rooftop: We localized Borderlands 4 into Korean!

What makes this project particularly special is the scope of our involvement. We didn’t just translate text – we brought the entire Borderlands 4 experience to life for Korean players through:

• Full Text Localization: Every quest, every item description, every UI element – meticulously translated to preserve the signature Borderlands humor while ensuring it resonates with Korean players

• Complete Voice Over Recording: Korean voice actors breathed life into the new Vault Hunters and the inhabitants of Kairos, matching the energy and personality of the original performances while adding their own unique flair

The planet Kairos awaits Korean players with a fully immersive experience that feels as natural in Korean as it does in any other language. From the Timekeeper’s menacing threats to the bandits’ chaotic battle cries, every voice line has been carefully crafted to maintain the game’s distinctive tone.
